Matt Robles

Matt serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day business functions and long-term organizational strategy. He holds a Master of Divinity from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Geneva College.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt spent eight years in Talent Acquisition, where he built a reputation for forming strong professional partnerships and improving hiring processes. He also brings eight years of operations management experience, specializing in leading cross-functional teams, streamlining complex business operations, and fostering clear, transparent communication. Matt is committed to humility and believes every individual possesses inherent dignity and deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. He focuses on building genuine relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure the firm operates with integrity, efficiency, and care.

Originally from Windsor, Connecticut, Matt now lives in Eighty Four, Pennsylvania with his wife, their five children, seventeen chickens, four ducks, and the family dog. He serves as a Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). In his free time, he enjoys long walks, reading, hunting, New York sports, listening to music, and playing acoustic guitar.
